My Fresh Steps was founded after a difficult several years in my life where I had to make some major life decisions that not only impacted my life but also my children’s. I found myself at the end of my marriage and the choice to sink or swim. I chose to swim. I found a job and studied evenings part-time to gain a Masters in Human Resource Management. It was a dark time in my life to begin with but through determination, strength and some deep sole searching I made it through and 5 years later I have a wonderfully positive and rewarding life ahead of me and a fantastic career in Human Resource Management, and I have my adorable children to bring me love every second of every day. I have even made the HUGE move and emigrated to the Gold Coast of Australia to gain the balance of family and work.

I am now continuing onwards and upwards to gain my qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring – building on what I learnt already during my Masters course and implementing in my work. My Fresh Steps life coaching was created for people just like me, people who may be at a difficult time in their life, may not see the happy future that’s ahead of them or may just not know which way to turn.

I am passionate about helping others to find their “fresh Steps” onto a positive, rewarding and very bright future. If I can give someone that helping hand, that little but of support to truly value who they are and guide them in finding their future path then I will. My fantastic groups of friends are always commenting how I like helping people and how positive I am, with a natural flair to inspire and encourage people – “My Fresh Steps” felt like a natural way to bring that to other people.
My Fresh Step offers life coaching for people who need some guidance on getting the best not only out of themselves but also out of their life. My fresh is Steps not about counselling nor is it about therapy, it’s about looking to the future by identifying what you don’t like in your life right now and finding a way to make your life full of positivity, eradicating negativity for good.
