Life Coaching takes place by phone, initially this is usually once a week for 45 minute’s. You may only need one session or a course of 4 to 8 sessions. You may feel that ongoing life coaching over several months is required with a lowering of frequency as you discover the “fresh steps” that will bring you a more positive and focused future.
However, life coaching should not be thought of as a quick fix, although you will feel much better as soon as you begin. The real benefits usually start to emerge further in the process. The industry standard for seeing the most successful results is a coaching relationship spanning three to six months. My Fresh Steps encourages you to commit to a minimum of two months life coaching in order to attain maximum benefits and value for money.
In the life coaching sessions I will work with you to turn negative statements into positive statements, develop plans to move you towards your goals, and to maintain your focus and positive motivation to get you there. With Life Coaching you’ll always be in control, and your best interests and the main concern through professional skills and personal experience that will create your own “Fresh Steps”.
