A positive attitude influences your whole life. It determines your thoughts and feelings, your conversations, your actions, goals and your direction in life. I am confident that after our first session you will see that you too can reach your dreams and aspirations with “My Fresh Steps”.
Once booking is confirmed and dates/ times agreed the cost is payable in advance of the first session. The cost of a 45 min telephone coaching session is £100.00. This included pre coaching and post coaching emails with relevant exercises to enforce what we discuss.
Life Coaching should not be thought of as a quick fix, although you will feel much better as soon as you begin. The real benefits usually start to emerge further in the process. My Fresh Steps encourages you to commit to a minimum of 6 x 45minute sessions which span 3 months (sessions are fortnightly). However if you would prefer to hire me to coach you for just 3 sessions you will certainly benefit and develop new tools and techniques to enhance your life.
If you book and pay in advance a course of 6 sessions the cost is £550.00 a saving of £50.00.
Alternatively, if you’d rather not commit to a full course you can book a short course of 3 sessions for £280.00
